VINIFICATION & AGEING SUBLIMATING GRAPE VARIETIES
The grapes we use to create our D'Autrefois wines are carefully selected from the finest French vineyards. Vinification takes place in the regions of origin, as close as possible to the terroirs and historical know-how.
All our wines are then matured and blended in our Burgundy cellars, giving them their characteristic aromatic richness and elegance.
FROM ITS ORIGINS TO THE PRESENT DAYA SUCCESS STORY SINCE 2001
Created in Burgundy, D'Autrefois wines were initially a tribute to the two emblematic grape varieties of this unique region: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Following on from the success of this new approach, we have expanded D'Autrefois to include a range of great French grape varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon), as well as a rosé and a whole collection of sparkling wines. They all have the same objective: to enhance your wine-tasting moments.
